How ordering, payment, delivery, and returns work at TC Wholesale Cabinetry.
All orders begin with a written quote. Send us your cabinet list or your measurements through the contact page, by email, or by phone, and our team will confirm availability and pricing. Quotes list each item by size and finish — please review them carefully, because the order is built exactly as quoted once you approve it.
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed. We accept the common payment methods for trade purchases; terms for repeat wholesale accounts are arranged with our team. Orders are not scheduled for pickup or delivery until payment is settled.
Orders can be picked up at our Tampa warehouse during business hours (Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM, Sat 9AM–2PM). Local delivery is available in the Tampa area, and freight shipping can be quoted for projects farther out. Delivery and freight costs are listed on your quote so there are no surprises.
Custom and assembled items are made or built to order and are not returnable. Stock items in unopened, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking fee — contact us for specifics before sending anything back. All returns require prior authorization from our team.
Inspect every item at delivery or pickup. If anything arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging, along with your order information. Prompt reports let us resolve freight claims quickly and get replacements moving.
We do not sell or share your personal information. Contact details you submit through this site are used only to respond to your inquiry and to handle your order.
