A summary of the limited warranty that applies to cabinets purchased from TC Wholesale Cabinetry.
Cabinets purchased from TC Wholesale Cabinetry carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser, for products in their original installation, used under normal residential conditions.
Covered defects include problems that originate in how the cabinet was built — such as faulty joinery, delaminating panels, or hardware that fails under normal use — rather than damage that occurs after delivery.
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Email design@tcwholesalecabinetry.com with clear photos of the issue, your order information, and a short description of the problem. Our team will review the claim and respond with the next steps.
For valid claims, TC Wholesale Cabinetry will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product. Replacement parts are matched to the current production of the product line; exact matches to aged or discontinued finishes cannot be guaranteed.
